General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thank you for your question about Children’s Allergic Reactions ,Many kids have allergies and we should know about some signs like Watery, runny eyes,Runny nose,Sneezing,Nasal congestion,An itchy rash or hives.
But sometimes a child can have what's known as anaphylaxis, a severe allergic reaction, which must be treated once its noticed , Many cases are caused by food allergies, medications, or insect stings. Anaphylaxis Symptoms happens on two or more area in the boy like ( Lungs, Heart and Blood Vessels,Skin,Mouth,Stomach and Digestion) , in Lungs there a lot of symptoms but mainly( Trouble breathing or noisy breathing,Coughing, wheezing,Sneezing,Congestion,Tightness in the lungs,Hoarseness ) in Heart and Blood Vessels happens (Chest pain,Low blood pressure)
The person's airways narrow and their throat swells, which can make it hard to breathe. Their blood vessels widen, making their blood pressure fall, sometimes to dangerous levels.

Anaphylactic reactions usually happen fast. Symptoms often become the most serious within 3 to 30 minutes of exposure to the allergy trigger. Quicker reactions are usually more severe.
