What Causes Chest Pain And Breathing Difficulty While On Losartan?

Im 46 and recently stopped taking ramipril 1.25mg and changed to Lasartan 50mg. I was told that they are the same. Experiencing chest pains, breathlessness and overall aches and pains, I have taken 5 tablets in 5 days. Does my body need to get used to it ???

Actually, the main difference is that irritation of the lung with cough is much more likely with the Ramipril. I cannot say in your particular case, but generally, these are coincidental issues.
