What Causes Chest Pain And Breathlessness While On Duonase For Nasal Blockage?

Sir have cold from 2months my nose blocked.evry .2 days.i uI used a nasal spray duonase by cipla .It make chest pain , when I sleep in night my breath stop and I feeling unconscious. I feel that my heart is breake its feel only in night sleeping time starting 1 hr. I discussed it chest spl, ENT spl, had proper medicine. I take ECG it s good it show heart beat 50 per minute. My BP is ok.

I think this can be related to sleep apnea. You should get evaluated by an ENT doctor because a blockage in the nose such polyps can cause all the problems. This can be estimated since heart check up was normal.
