What Causes Chest Pain And Breathlessness?

Hi doc, I have few questions in regards to pain in chest. Sometimes, when I m moving, it hurts a bit and I also felt some difficulty in breathing. My back also feel pained and I dunno if the reason is, I always sleep late at night and due to daily computer routine. Thanks for helping.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have chest pain and breathlessness . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query , but in your case it seems to me that the symptoms are due to heart related problem like angina . It can also occur due to acid reflux . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for proper examination . Doctor may order TMT, ECG , troponin t test and complete blood profile . Doctor may prescribe isosorbid nitarte , aspirin , calcium channel blocker and sedatives . Doctor may refer you to gastroenterologist in case of acid reflux .
