What Causes Chest Pain And Burning/numb Pain In Thigh/hip Area?

I have had chest pain and shallow breathing for over two weeks now. I also have trouble swallowing and just recently I noticed a burning/numb pain in my right thigh on the upper right side. It is now leading into my hip area. Do you know what is wrong?
