What Causes Chest Pain And Burning Sensation In The Left Arm?

Tx for metepneumovirus in 62 y/o pt with mph MS,asthma on pen nebs and 2 baseline inhalers. Mph ventricular ectopic singles to triplets new since 7/2017 treated by her cardiologist in ma on mult melds currently coreg6,25mg bid. Also mph MS,Hun type 2 DM,DOe. Presents to ER c/ intermittent misstep all chest pain now with burning down left arm. Troponin x 2 neg. EKG has ventricular ectopic , nor . Productive cough started thick rust to green sputum. ER temp currently 99.3 and pt reports high of 101 when symptoms started 30 hours ago. Note chest pain started 6to 8hours YYYY@YYYY

You can take Pantoprazole and Domperidone combination drug twice a day for five days take paracetamol 2times a day for five days take syp Ulpan 2tsf thrice a day for five days. Don't eat commercial products, don't eat spicy and fried food, don't eat Ice cream, chocolate and pastries, eat homemade rice and khichdi, eat fruit and vegetables.
