What Causes Chest Pain And Burning Sensation In The Throat?

I occasionally have chest pain, from heart area up to my throat, mostly on right side, but in middle too. It s tight and burning. Usually occurs at night. I used to get it only a few times a year, now it is much more frequent. Years ago I was given stress test and passed with flying colors. I am healthy, slim 68yo woman.

Hello dear . You seem to have reflux that is the upcoming of stomach acidic fluid to oesophage. You should be carefull not to eat lately at night but three hours before going to bed. Avoid acidic food. Hope you get well soon. Best regards.
