What Causes Chest Pain And Constant Palpitations?
hello, my name is sultana. for a few days i am facing slight chest pain in my left side and also have a constant palpitations. so, i was asked for ECG. my ECG report shows sinus rhythm, short p r interval and mild left axis deviation. i wanted to to know what does it mean? why is that happens?

These are minor variation arising due to age related problems. It does not indicate any significant heart diseases.
However, it is better to consult a cardiologist and get evaluated to rule out structural heart diseases. You have to get an echo test for further assessment.
