What Causes Chest Pain And Decreased Heart Rate In A Cardiac Patient?

My husband is 48 yrs old has CAD and 3 stents, 1 in the RCA, 1 in the Circumflex and 1 in the LAD. He is on Vasotec 10 mg 1x daily, 180 mg Brillinta, 25 mg Toporal XR and a asprin daily. He was in the hospital last week with chest pain and his heart rate dropped to 15 and they could not find a blood pressure. What caused this? They could not tell me a reason

Hello.

It sounds like he may have had a heart attack and if his heart rate was that low he'll need a pacemaker insertion to get the rate back up to over 60 beats per minute
