Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
I read your symptoms and all the examination you have done
I am glad that all your examination come back normal so it seems you are not suffering from any disease
In my opinion you should schedule some other blood test just to rule out any systemic or rheumatismal disease as one of your complain is joint pain ( blood level of anti streptolisines, ANA, ANCA, fibrinogen, sediments)
Hope my answer will help you
Discus with doctor about my opinion
Don't hesitate to contact me for further queries
Regards
I find this answer helpful
