What Causes Chest Pain And Dizziness?

I m 21, 6 2, 190 pounds, I m in great shape and have been having chest pains below my heart for about 2 weeks now. I ve been really dizzy and lightheaded the past 3 days. I am currently working out and I m extremely dizzy. Any idea what could cause this?

Hi,

If the dizziness, chest pain and lightheartedness are not related to activity (exercise) then very likely you are having a self limited condition that will fade in a few days if you make sure you rest and take good food and fluids in small frequent amount.

If the symptoms are worse on exercise then you will need to see your doctor to examine you. Athletes sometimes may be at risk for heart problems, even though this is rare, it is important to be ruled out if exercise makes you worse.
