What Causes Chest Pain And Excessive Gas While Suffering From Hiatal Hernia?

Today I have experienced pain in my chest .. Lots of gas.. But in reading symptoms.. I feel I have several.. But I do have an Haitians hernia which often give me same symptoms over the years and I have gone to emerg several times and always false alarm

Hi there.

Chest pain can be due to gastritis or ulceration in the herniated portion of the stomach. Avoid spicy, oily, fatty food, smoking, alcohol. Get an endoscopy done to confirm.
