What Causes Chest Pain And Fatigue Despite A Normal ECG Report?

Hi Doctor Please guide me i am facing a condition that i have bit low pain in heart or stretch in heart and i suddenly get low pressure or very laziness, fatigue and feel like low oxigon. My ECG SUGAR ARE NORMAL and doctors suggested me for daily walk but when i used to walk i feel sudden push in my heart and feel like low pressure. Please guide me

if ECG is normal and sugar level is normal then need not be worried about cardiac problem. it may be gastritisandcostochondritis. can take analgesic and repeat the ecg.can havestressed induced ECG. you might be having postural hypotention. can monitor recording of BP in different posture.
