Exoskeleton? History is not clear probably you may be having pectus excavatum or pectus carinatum. In which sternum may have depression or convexity outside.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet. Tramadol with Paracetamol twice a day for five days. Please consult your orthopedician/physician they will examine and treat you accordingly.
