hi
your chest pain is due to the hypertension ,causing load on the heart
the other possibility can be due to the local shoulder problems,or cervical spine problems causing compression on the nerves
i suggest you to first meet the cardiologist ,undergo an echo,& get evaluated
if there is no such problem please visit the orthopaedic surgeon
please do not neglect high bloodpressure & shoulderpain
destress yourself & relax
take care
