What Causes Chest Pain And Metallic Taste In Mouth?

I m 25 I m a stone over weight but haven t always been, iv had chest pains frm being 16-17 docs thought it was stress but they happen wen I m happy. Watching tv, asleep, walking.... Then they thought gastric reflux but j changed my diet and it still happened. Iv smoked on and off since my teens. Iv had 2 healthy children but last year j had an ectopic and 2 misscarraiges within 6 months. I have the inplanon which iv had since the day after my second midcarraige. I get very heavy painful periods and every so often I get painful blood clots in my fingers. The chest pain comes on slowly over 5 mins and gets worse then dies off. It feels like it s just under my bra strap in the middle of my chest, n spreads out to my jaw and round my back , it s very scary n sometimes dk painful j feel like I m going to die. A crushing aching feeling. Ppl have said indigestion but I ve experienced that with my pregnancies ands it s nothing like that. I can also taste metal wen it travels to my jaw. Thankyou gemma
