Hello and welcome to HCM,
Chest pain can occur due to many causes like musculoskeletal disorders, pleural disorder, lung disorder or cardiac disorder.
I suggest you to consult a physician for clinical assessment and X-ray chest.
Clinical assessment will determine the site of involvement- lung, heart, pleural or musculoskeletal system.
Certain investigations will be required to find out the exact cause of chest pain.
Thereafter, management can be planned.

Thanks and take care
