In.my opinion you should visit a cardiologist for detailed evaluation for chest pain
it could be due to muscle spasm or costochondritis
If you smoke or drink then it could be lung pathology
i would advise such a patient ECG TMT and echocardiogaphy after thorough examination
Meanwhile have
hot fomentation
tab ibuprofen
