What Causes Chest Pain And Palpitations While On Clomid And Nolvadex?

Hi .I am a 27 year old woman .. I have been under hormonal medication as clomid and nolvadix as I suffer from some failure in my ovulation.I am from those ladies who suffer from slightly severe PMS symptoms... My question I noticed lately that my heart rate is above 95 most of time .. When I woke up my heart rate may reach 110 .. And I blood pressure reached 130/70 and some time it fluctuates from 100/60 to 125/85 ... I feel chest pain .. Difficulty in breathing and sometimes palpitations .. Should I get worried and is that related to PMS symptoms,Thank you very much

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your concern.
Out of the drugs you are taking, Clomid has possibility of fast heart beats/ chest pain. Similarly your breathlessness May indicate allergy to either of drugs.
Please visit your treating doctor to discuss about your symptoms & need for stopping / changing drugs
Thanks.
