What Causes Chest Pain And Palpitations?

I have phlegm in my chest accompanied by heart and upper body pains including upper arm palpitations I have been to see doctors about this have had text and so far no heart problems had my chest xrayed that seem to be fine as well cant go for walks as this makes my chest burn. I don t know what to do. I also have congestion in my chest area. It seems to be getting worst I m 70 years of age everything else is good. In fact I m quite healthy otherwise.

get it examined by pulmunologist for auscultation of lung field. he can advise treatment and some investigation if required.ECG can betaken and with report can consult cardiologist. burning of chest indicate gastritis with hyper acidity. can take tab omiprazole and unienzyme.
