What Causes Chest Pain And Palpitations?

I collapsed March 6, and they found in had saddle PEs bilateral. On CouMadin, etc. Got sick this wee (more to follow) with bronchitis (diagnosed by my pulmonologist). I m in my 40s and it s my second time to have this. I m used to the chest pain, heart doctor cleared me. But just today my heart rate is running 120s and higher with a walk around the house. Any ideas why?

Hi,

It may be due to your low lung reserve because of the embolism. You should see how was your pulmonary artery pressure on echocardiography and consult your doctor for optimizing treatment by adding a Ca Channel blocker.
