What Causes Chest Pain And Pressure With Breathing Problems?

i feel like i can not take in enough air when i take a deep breath. It feels like the left side of my back needs to pop, and i also have chest pain and pressure. I have been like this for a couple of weeks already. My doctor also gave me an ekg and it came out normal, can you please let me know what it might be?
