What Causes Chest Pain And Rapid Heart Rate?

Hi I'm 21 yr old male with anxiety issues. Today I was at work and was getting a stab like pain left side of chest near nipple. Left arm also aches and feels a little weak. Couple months ago I went to er for simlar things and had ekg and they said heartburn. I did eat two peanut butter and bananna sandwhiches this morning, could it be same thing? I just checked my bp 125 over 80 and heart rate lil hight 124

Your physician took your EKG just two months back and the diagnosis was heart burn or acid reflux. You should not worry about your illness then. Trust your doctor.
