What Causes Chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath Upon Exertion?

I have chest pain and shortness of breath specially on exertion,with pain to both rib cages and the breastbone this has been going on for a year and three months. Also tremors attacks all of a sudden and no one has really told me anything but put me on this pill that pill, anti-inflammation or steroids.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, given symptoms could be due to stress but it can be ruled out for cardiac disease and for that you have to get done the EKG, you have not mentioned your age and gender here because it can be due to that only and hope this information helps.
