What Causes Chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath While Taking Antritripiline?

hi,i have a spinal problem taking antritripiline prescribe by the doctor,can that be the cause of chest pain and short of breath.This happens mostly during the night. if i take a half a disprin it comes better after a while .i am 52 years old ,weight 80 and height 1,7m .thank you
