Hi,

The pain in the chest and breathing difficulty can be due to various causes:
- Gastroesophageal reflux disease.
- Heart problem or angina.
- Obesity.
- Anemia or iron deficiency.
- Chest infection.

The appropriate cause in your case can be found by detailed history and examination followed by necessary investigations like radiograph of the chest and complete blood count.

I suggest you get consulted by a physician so that you can be assessed properly and accordingly treated.

There is no need to worry. You will feel healthy soon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Soheel Hussain Zargar,
