What Causes Chest Pain And Tingling Sensation On The Legs?

A week ago, I was upped from 10 mg of leaped to 20mg and added 75mg xr of effexor, and 20mg of omeprazole. On top of that I ve Been on 10/325mg of oxycodone 4-6 a day. Still drinking whiskey 3 5ths a week. Avid cannabis user medical marijuana card holder. I struggle with ptsd, and depression, and a few weeks ago my wife and I had a fight and split up leaving me couch surfing, and literally withdrawing from my 2 daughters and my wife, and life. 2 days ago I smoked 1/5 gm. Of meth, drank. Last night bad chest pain then right arm went numb with tingling follwed by both legs xstreme pain blood pressure was in order 5 min apart was 205over 98 pulse 115 , 196over 152 pulse 116 , 163over144 pulse 135 today my entire body feels like it s seizing up super tense like the only way I can explain it is possibly an MD or Ms or like just completely tents balling up my hands can t can t breathe

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

You have to get an ECG to rule out cardiac causes.
