I went to the hospital thinking i had a heart attack they ran test and my heart showed up good,but i still hurting when i start getting tired right in my chest bone area,46,320 pounds,i have sleep apnea,i have die phertickalitic had my appendix removed and gallbladder,also my left and right eye retina detached,

You see to have muscular pain, you have to lose your weight and start exercising this will make your muscles strong and in turn you will have less frequency of such problems, losing weight will also help with your sleep apnea 90% patients get relieved from sleep apnea after losing weight.
