What Causes Chest Pain, Anxiety And Heart Palpitations?

Hello. I m a 29 year old male. As of early last year, I have started experiencing anxiety attacks in addition to arm pressure, chest pain, throbbing jaw pain, and heart palpitations. I ve been seeing a dr regularly, and chest X-rays, ekg, and blood work show no signs of heart problems Could my physical symptoms be caused by a chronic herniated disc that I have had since I was about 18?

Dear Sir,

Most probably your complaints are caused by your spine problems rather hat anxiety.
I would advise you to see a vertebrologist and discuss the plan of the management of your chronic herniated disc.
Usually special exercises are recommended, which relieves symptoms greatly and prevents further worsening the disease. It complicated cases surgery is done.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health
