What Causes Chest Pain, Arm Numbness, Fatigue And Dyspnea?

chest pain, arm numbness that has gone fully away as well as back pain and nausea. EKG came up normal but I have a history or severe anxiety and depression and seizure 2 years ago. chest pains are gradual and come/ goes all day. I also have fatigue and shortness of breath.

Hi,

I got your chief complaint. There can be several reasons for this:
- Anxiety as you say it can cause pain in the chest, breathing difficulty and fatigue.

Other reasons can be:
- An iron deficiency which can cause the same symptoms.
- Any respiratory tract infection and heart disease.

But your history suggests your problem is most likely from anxiety. I suggest you get an appointment with a psychiatrist and also a general physician.

Maybe you need drug therapy for some time. I also suggest you take the light morning walk, engage with friends and family, avoid living alone and take fresh fruits. It will relieve you more anxiety and nutrient deficiency.
