What Causes Chest Pain Around The Lungs?

hello.. i have been having pains in myh chest seems to be around the lung area .. its always happened.. im a smoker so i figured it was because smoking is not good for the lungs there fore it iratates them..my friends have aos said they get chest pains as well but its becuse we smoke.. ive also noticed recently as well halos around lights and fuzziness street lights,traffic lights, anything. Like other than these pains i feel fine sometimes tired .. i also work 40 hours a week and rarly cal in sick.. do you think its something i should worry about? or quit smoking as i plan and see if it stops

Yes, you should definitely worry about these symptoms.
All your chest symptoms are suggestive of smoking related lung damage.
So if you continue smoking, these symptoms will be worse and you land up in either bronchitis or pneumonia or lung cancer.
So better to quit smoking as soon as possible because it is very bad habit.
You can enroll in deaddiction center also.
