What Causes Chest Pain, Bloating And Fever Post Aorta Valve Replacement?

hello i have had replacement aorta valve in 2012, now i have real bad pain under my left breast, and through my back and also my stomach bloats up and sometimes only a slight fever, at this time this is happening my heart is beating so hard i think its going to jump out of my chest. my cousin told me it could be my gallblatter but i dont think so because , it hurts from the time i get up in the morning until i go to bed and then in bed i wressle all night long in pain, the heart doctor doesnt think its my heart and no kind of pain meds or nitro or imdur or lowpressor or stomach meds work , what do i do ?

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, provided the cardiac conditions are ruled out thoroughly by 2 D echo examination and clinical grounds, the condition may be related to:
- Hiatus hernia
- GERD
- Gastroparesis
- Digestive enzyme disorders
- Medication induced gastritis

The work up of the cause is mandatory with necessary radiology evaluations as:
@ Ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis
@ CT scan of the abdomen & pelvis
@ Upper GI endoscopy

If any of the reports are available with you, kindly share with me along with the details of current drug regimen, so that better guidelines can be figured out to discuss in greater depth.
