What Causes Chest Pain, Cough And Congestion Along With Tinnitus?

I just had an mri for my neck middle and low back last Monday and tues. Now I m smelling burnt rubber. My sides of my neck are rock hard, coughing alot of flem, my chest hurts, I feel like I have a knife in my back between my shoulder blades on my spine, my Sturm hurts, the muscles don t seem to work when I try to swallow, I have loud buzzing in my ears, and hot flush to my cheeks but not fever. What s going on, hydros and muscle relaxers are not helping.
