What Causes Chest Pain During Sleep While Having High Triglyceride?

I had a chest pain suddenly during my sleep and got awake, I went to the hospital and had all tests about my heart available there, like ECG, TMT, Echo, Xray, Creatinine test, RBC WBC, lipid profile..... we only found that triglyceride was 242.5 others all normal, I still have ache in my left chest changing the location of ache. I have been medicated with naproxen sustained release tablets and Esomeprazole tablets. I am worried if we couldn t diagnose my problem. What do i need to do ?

You may be suffering from costochondritis.
If I was your treating doctor I would have advised you following,
Pain relievers such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen or naproxen can be continue.
Local heat to relieve pain.Local Diclofenac gel application.
Avoiding unnecessary exercise or activities that make the symptoms worse; avoid contact sports until there is improvement in symptoms, and then return to normal activities only as tolerated.
