What Causes Chest Pain, Fast Heartbeat, Constipation And Weight Gain?
My 17 year old female has moderate fatigue, weight gain, high resting heart rate 110, sob with exercise ex...stair stepped hr at 200 and constipation......she also has a bicuspid aortic valve....thoughts?... She about 2 weeks ago complained of sharp mid chest pain with deep breath but this has resolved....

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the obesity then such given symptoms may be likely, it is not the confirmed confirm valvular heart disease then just doubt or thought then it has to be tested, if this is confirmed valve disease then what the symptoms of heart rate is given here could be due to that only, condition demands the attention, chest pain could be due to that only hope this information helps.
