What Causes Chest Pain Followed By Dizziness And Fatigue?

I am experiencing new chest pain on the left side accompanied by dizziness that feels a little like a head rush. It is difficult to bend over and pick things up. Also it hurts when I cough. I haven t had any trauma or injuries and it has felt like this for several days. My pulse is fine but I feel fatigue as if I just want to sleep all day. It feels similar to the sensation of having a bruised rib but in the center of my breastplate. I felt dizzy and strange for several days before the chest pain started. And it came on me unexpectedly with no seeming cause.

Hello,

According to your symptoms, it is mostly like muscle spasm I suggest you to take T.Myospaz twice a day and take plenty of water.

And it is advisable to take Electrolyte test and ECG Examination and refer a physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
