What Causes Chest Pain Just Above The Heart?

I have been getting chest pain just above the heart, went for checkups, gone for 2D echo and TMT tests, nothing found and doctors diagnosed as Non Cardiac Chest Pain.. given Concor 5 for my BP.. But still I am getting the same pain for last 2 years, worried ..since I have family and kids.. Could you please suggest..

In my opinionif your cardiac workup is normal, you are suffering from GERD. You should follow the following steps.
1. Avoid spicy and oily food.
2. Avoid heavy meals.
3. Take good antacids like pantoprazole and rabeprazole with prokinetic agents like levosulperide.
4. Take frequent small meals.
5. Avoid stress and anxiety.
6. Keep 2 - 3 pillows below your head in the bed.
