Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Chest pain, and tightness on lying down may be due to the heart failure, or hypertension, gastric hyper acidity, etc.
The leg pain may be due to the arthritis, of the knee, etc.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have M.R.I, E.C.G, echo cardiogram, and other tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, diclofenac. till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
