What Causes Chest Pain, Nausea And High BP?

I have been losing my balance frequently, extreme fatigue, sweating profusely, my blood pressure is 100/60 I had chest pain today that lasted like 3 minutes I just don t feel right nausea and stomache feels extremely full feeling I have anemia and usually high blood pressure

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you should immediately rush to ER and get done
1. ECG
2. 2D Echo.
As possibility of inferior wall myocardial ischaemia is high in your case.
Any hypertensive patient present with hypotension and chest pain, we need to rule out inferior wall damage first.
Your sweating and not maintaining balance can also be explained by this.
So don't wait at home. Immediately visit ER and get done ECG and 2D Echo and start treatment accordingly.
