What Causes Chest Pain On Right Side?
30 year old male poor diet and very overweight. I was active and eating healthy and then stopped and began a poor diet. Now I am having chest pain/tightness for a week or more it is on the right side. What could this be? I know I need to change my diet, and stop drinking. I am not a smoker.

pain on right side can be due to muscle ache or nerve pain or any pleural disorder.
you need to visit a pulmonologist who can request for a chest xray and diagnose the exact cause .
for the timebeing you can take a analgesic like paracetamol after disscussing with a general physician
