What Causes Chest Pain On The Left Side Under The Breast?

Hello, I am a 69 yr old male and while walking my dog, I am experiencing chest pain on my left side under my breast. No pain or discomfort anywhere else. Not my left arm or anything else. Is this just indigestion or something else. I ve had the pain for about 20 minutes. No trouble breathing and no discomfort anywhere else. Thank you !

Hello Dear

Thanks for writing to us

Your problem is not very alarming but you need to evaluate yourself on cardiological lines.
Pain in chest on excertion especially on left side can be taken a early sign of mild angina but to evaluate it further you need to get a TMT done which shall help in diagnosis.
You can consult a cardiologist for further evaluation of your medical condition.

Hope that helps

Thanks
