What Causes Chest Pain On The Right Side Of The Body?

I am having pain in my chest just on the right side of center. It has been bothering me off and on for 3 days now. I thought maybe indigestion but it s not going away. some times feels like if I burp it will feel better but it does not. Also a little light headed and dizzy. Not really bad though. Feel a bit nauseous but not vomiting. Any suggestions?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to gastritis. Taking proton pump inhibitors like Esomeprazole daily will be helpful. It is also better to rule out cardiac problems by taking ECG(EKG) to be on safe side.
