Hi,

We will try to help you in the best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, yes you should go to the medical facility and get a fresh chest X-ray done to rule out any signs of pneumothorax or Pulmonary embolism.

Fresh ECG and Echocardiogram to rule out right-sided heart failure or tricuspid regurgitation should be done. Blood levels for d dimers may also be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
