What Causes Chest Pain On The Right Side?
Sharp chest pains on my right side of my chest, this is followed by a week long chest cold. At first I thought it was a sprained diaphragm from extreme coughing. It has progressed to the point where the Lung itself hurts at about an 8 on a scale to ten when I cough or try to get up from sitting or lying down.

It could be a musculoskeletal pain or costochondritis.
As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like Aceclofenac/Serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
