I m a 34 y/o Caucasian male with rheumatoid arthritis and I am receiving IV infusions every six weeks. I do occasionally smoke. I ve been experiencing right side chest pain, just posterior to the sternum. When lying flat, the pain goes from anterior chest to posterior and some dyspnea. Inhaling deeply also exacerbates the pain.
