What Causes Chest Pain, Pain In Shoulder And Shortness Of Breath?

I have been having chest pains for the last two nights along with sharp pains in my left shoulder down to my wrist with shortness of breath it hurts my chest when I take a deep breath. Do I need to call an ambulance? I don't feel the need to if it isn't serious.

I can understand your concern.
Yes, you should definitely call ambulance and visit emergency room (ER).
Left sided chest pain (night time), with shoulder pain and shortness of breath are classical symptoms of angina pain. And most common cause for this is coronary artery diseases (CAD).
So immediately consult doctor and get done ecg, 2d echo and coronary angiography (if needed).
Don't wait at home because of it is CAD then it can be life threatening.
