What Causes Chest Pain, Painful Vagina, Exhaustion And Blurred Vision?

Hi! A year ago, I started consiatantly to bleed from my vagina. Now Ive begun to experience a flaky dark brown discharge. I would say it seems like my uterus is crumbling! I had an IUD placed, mirena. Thought I would get better when I got it removed but and I m not. I ve been to the hospital many times and they find nothing. I have chest pains, vaginal cramps, physical exhaustion, everything aches, blurred vision or hazy, loss of appetite and nausea. I don t have any STD s that they know of. I just want more info on my unknown condition because the doctors I see are no help and I want to feel better.
