What Causes Chest Pain Upon Breathing?

I am 59 years old i fell on concrete yesterday took the air out of me. i applied a cold pack and wrapped it up. Today it felt better so i went and picked up 4 towels felt like something moved in my right side now can only sit to move breathe hurts under my breast towards my back I thought it was my breast last night

It is quite possible that you must have got rib crack on right side.
You need to do chest XRAY and consult orthopaedician.
Adequate bed rest,warm compresses locally and immobilizing the part in splint is what all required.
Analgesics like tab ibuprufen twice a day for 5 days with antacids will help in pain relief.
