What Causes Chest Pain While Breathing During Pregnancy?

Hi I m 36, have smoke off and on socially for 15 years. Lately when I breath in my chest hurts in a specific area, taking deep breaths as I feel like I m our od breath. Mind you, I just had twins 9 months ago. I did not smoke during my pregnancy. I am also 100 lbs overweight from the pregnancy and hypothyroidism. I did jog last night and was extremely winded. Could this be asthma, copd, emphysema?

I can understand your concern

don't worry ,this breathlessness and chest discomfort have many reasons
I would like to suggest you plz undergo once CT pul.angio test which give idea for breathlessness and ECG also

try to avoid smoking now onwards completely .
take tab.pan 4o once daily for 10 days

possibility of dvt in one of the lower limbs ,can cause chest discomfort.

take regular course of medication .. ok
need to reduce overweight

it will subside .don't worry
