HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If there is pain on palpation of the chest , this may indicate that there is inflammation of the muscles or bones of the chest.

Heart related pain would not be associated with tenderness.

In terms of the lungs, pain of the muscles or bones can cause difficulty breathing because a person naturally would restrict breathing if it is painful.
You can try using anti inflammatory pain killers to help reduce the pain and monitor for now.

This includes medications such as naproxen, cataflam or ibuprofen

I hope this helps
